In Weston-Super-Mare, Paul and Netty bought a converted garden flat that they intended to retire to. Being handy, Paul started the renovation himself but due to increasing problems with a chronic illness, was unable to finish the project and things ground to a halt. 

Enter Sarah Beeny who installs her monitoring cameras and immediately spots an alternate solution to Paul’s design. Can they pull Sarah’s plans off for their modest budget?
