Married couple Nicola and Stephen sold a two-bed flat in London and bought a three-bed semi-detached in Surrey . Daughter Polly arrived soon after and the ground floor of the house was perfect for the young family people until . . . Nicola became pregnant with their second. It's a tall house with a small footprint so the kitchen and living space suddenly felt cramped and the lack of storage became a source of anxiety. Cue Sarah Beeny who inspects the property, installs her monitoring cameras and puts an unexpected layout solution to the young couple.
