Oklahoma-born sales director John bought his two-bed flat in South West London fifteen years ago. Five years later his life-long companion Ash the golden Labrador moved in too and John set about modernising. But his design decisions ended with a botched renovation. He’s living in a pint-sized living room and cooking in a kitchen where he feels hidden away. By contrast his spacious patio space is a graveyard for greenery. Cue Sarah who installs her cameras and generates a spectacular new layout and design. Can John’s £15,000 cope with Sarah’s levels of creativity?
