West End actor Rohan bought his one-bed Victorian conversion in up and coming Walthamstow in East London. But 11 years’ worth of accumulated belongings and forging a second career as a sports therapist that he runs from home means he needs the space in his flat to work more efficiently. With property prices having doubled in a decade in E17, the next rung of the property ladder is out of reach. Cue Sarah who installs monitoring cameras and creates storage and layout solutions that are the answer to Rohan’s prayers. Trouble is: can self-confessed hoarder Rohan see her action plan through?
