IT Consultant David and wife Jodie, an Executive Head Teacher bought a giant dormer bungalow in Warwickshire where they set up home with David’s parents. But since the arrival of their young son Seb, how to maximise the upstairs has got them properly stumped. The awkwardly laid out loft space is a series of rooms, including an abandoned sauna, with little headroom and even less privacy for them – or a growing Seb. Sarah Beeny rises to the challenge by setting up monitoring cameras and proposing a renovation that offers a future-proof layout and a stunning contemporary look.
